As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. | Returns, Refunds and Exchanges PolicyHow To Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 1. Please email sales@wahwahmodelshop.com to request a return for refund. 2. Mail your returned item to the address we provided from email. 3. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
